Worst place I’ve ever been in my whole life. Been here to celebrate my birthday and that’s why I chose this hotel but without advertising the pool was closed. No tv working in the room, no hot water unless you don’t wait for 30min. No toilet paper or towel replacement and overall e everything is so disorganised.
When you bring up issue to the staff they don’t even try to sort it but are just justifying themselves that their staff is not complete, although you pay for not a cheap hotel.
Please avoid it, just wasting money.
Very good price
Tasty food
Nice staff
Comfy beds
You need caps to swim in the pool
Big pool and lovely pool erea.
You can buy swimming caps from the hotel for €3 each
Very family friendly and amazing for young kids 😁
Nicely located, quiet place.Personnel unprofessional (except cleaning service),we tried the hotel-restaurant and we got tapped watter camouflaged in the glass bottle.Wine was good for second time (in first round was there were some unidentified pieces of bread?? floating).Great pool being observed by one life-guard and two ?employed? refugees which did not give too much credit to the place.
My partner and I booked this hotel for two nights based on positive reviews I read in English. We should have read the Italian reviews where customers had been poorly treated in the past. We were told we were upgraded to a deluxe room, at $70€ a night with breakfast. The room was very basic, it had a wardrobe, small tv and a small bar fridge which was unplugged. The fridge was extremely noisy but we figured we would ignore that. There were no glasses in the room and the phone did not work so I had to ask for them downstairs and It seemed a burden. We then asked for some ice and were given a tiny cup with 4 cubes. Breakfast our first day was very basic by Sicilian standards, with one cold cheese and one cold meat, no table service for coffee and some basic pastries. Far below similarly priced hotels. We went out for a day to come back and find our room had not been serviced, we politely asked for it to be refreshed while we were out again. We came back several hours later to find the room had been over sprayed with chemicals that burned our throat and gave us headaches. We tried to ignore this by opening the balcony but this resulted in mosquito bites. After not sleeping all night we called the hotel manager to ask for a new room and they told us to open the bedroom door (into the public hallway) and that there was nothing they could do. Our floor also had a big group which was running around knocking on doors and yelling all night with no action by the hotel. We decided to pack and leave early without eating, and spoke to the hotel manager about a refund for the second night as we could not sleep and the service was not fit for purpose. There was absolutely no customer service or compromise , they were unwilling even to refund the breakfast we did not eat. Laughing at us for asking. This hotel has received positive reviews, but out of global travels which includes several third world countries this is the worst experience we have had.
Clean. Friendly staff. No hot water..
Lovely hotel, great staff, comfortable stay
Nice place and friendly personnel:)
Not bad, although a bit high value for money. Top welcome. Normal rooms and not very new bathroom. The location for going to San Vito is not bad if you have a car. Outside the hotel you can park your car if there is space, otherwise they provide paid parking space. Breakfast was poor and not of good quality.. but the thing that made me the most angry were the post-shower towels, very old, overused, with dirt that won't go away. Although the rooms are clean.
All in all for an ok support.
